"The Buck Stops Here" Customer Service

Took my car in for service this morning.

On the service counter I noticed a flyer and a red phone.

The flyer read (going from memory), “The Buck Stops Here. Should you have any problems with your experience, use the red phone to contact Fred [dealership owner] directly.”

I laughed and said to my service guy, “Does that really work?”

His reply — “You betcha.”

Awesome! I love businesses that know how to cater to customers.
