Dr. Helaine Smith Posts New YouTube Video

One of the reasons I love working with my client, Dr. Helaine Smith, is because she’s willing to try new things with regard to marketing her dental practice.

Of late she has become inspired by David Meerman Scott – so much so, she just posted her first YouTube video about infection control in the dentist office.

Before I met Dr. Smith, I had no clue that dentists were supposed to wear gloves when examining your mouth. My former dentist would slide right up to the chair and poke his bare fingers in my mouth.

Since working with her — and learning more than I ever wanted to know about dentistry — I changed dentists. My new dentist wears cool purple latex gloves, a mask, and protective glasses.

What do you think of her YouTube video?

(Full disclosure: Dr. Smith was the driver for this video. My role was very small — I watched a lot of YouTube videos by other dentists and made comments about what worked and didn’t work. I also wrote the copy for my current dentist’s Website. )
